Loven p\u00e5legger <br \/>virksomheter en informasjonsplikt\u00a0og en plikt til \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re aktsomhetsvurderinger som skal redegj\u00f8res for.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Redegj\u00f8relsen skal v\u00e6re offentlig tilgjengelig:<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><strong>Redegj\u00f8relse for Robert Prizelius AS og Beverage Partners Norway AS arbeid ihht \u00c5penhetsloven for perioden: 1.juli 2022 til 30.april 2023<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Robert Prizelius AS driver import av drikkevarer for salg til Vinmonopolet, norske grossister, restaurant- og utelivskunder samt dagligvarebutikker og delikatesseforretninger. Leverand\u00f8rene v\u00e5re holder i hovedsak til i Europa.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Styret har vedtatt at selskapet skal rette seg etter OECDs retningslinjer for flernasjonale selskaper, som omfatter <br \/>menneskerettigheter og anstendige arbeidsforhold. Selskapet er videre bundet gjennom grossistavtalen med\u00a0Vinmonopolet til \u00e5 rette seg etter BSCI Code of Conduct. Varslingkanalen er tilgjengelig \u00a0gjennom v\u00e5re nettsider og sikrer varslere full anonymitet.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Gjennom selskapets aktsomhetsvurdering av leverand\u00f8rkjeden har det ikke blitt avdekket faktiske negative konsekvenser av vesentlig karakter eller vesentlig risiko for potensielle negative konsekvenser. Selskapet f\u00f8lger n\u00f8ye med p\u00e5 Vinmonopolets prosjekter for anstendig arbeid og tar innsikt fra disse i betraktning i aktsomhetsvurderingen.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">I riskovurderingen har selskapet blant annet benyttet Amfori BSCI Countries&#8217; Risk Classification for \u00e5 definere risikoomr\u00e5der.
